I don't know if it's just me, but this picture made me feel uneasy compared to the other one, so I asked myself why and it became pretty clear: it's in his eyes. It's as if right as this photo was taken, his mind was registering that he would soon be digitally immortalizing yet another disappointing anticlimax in his life, certainly not the first nor last, at the exact moment as recollections of past and anticipations of future similar experiences were inconsiderately firing-off in his head, and the camera captured all of that raw emotion and compressed it into the hollow black pixels that make up his eyes, opaque and clouded barely able to reflect the tortured soul hidden behind them.

Or he might just have been trying to hold in a fart, who knows.
