Hard Drivin: Best driving simulator EVER
Ok just in case you hav'nt already guessed this IMHO is by far the best driving simulator they've ever made. (surpassed by Race Drivin due to the enhanced physics engine but my computers to slow to play that). They dont make em like this anymore. I'll take a simulator with ultra realistic physics over HD graphics any day of the week.
My frame rate is usually better than this but fraps kills it. The sound skipping is also caused by Fraps slowing things down as well.
Recorded on Mame 0.131. I could've driven around for hours so I ended it bruckheimer style. :P

- Yeah, I agree. If the developers of the past got their hands on the newer hardware they would produce something extraordinary. Do you remember the old demoscene stuff? Some of those still look better than anything out there now and didn't require fancy graphics cards or processors over 33Mhz :P

They had proper physics back in 1988-1990 ffs. Just think of where it could be now if they had stayed focused :'( Obviosly it's only the hardware IMO which has gotten better. In my eyes production values of software quality went down the toilet a while ago.....

- I'm still really amazed how good this looks. I wish I had a chance to play it back then. I really can't wait to get a new PC so I can try it out in MAME :) LOL at the lovely finish!
